With over 2 decades of experience in the fitness industry and coaching, Kathy’s mission is to help people of all skill levels build confidence, master new skills, and stay active in a way that feels exciting. By providing expert coaching, high energy workouts, and a supportive community, she aims to inspire movement, break fitness barriers, and show that anyone can achieve their goals with the right guidance and motivation.
Kathy’s jump rope journey started in 2017 after having her daughter. She was looking for an exercise to do at home while caring for her baby. What started as a few jumps with an old jump rope, soon turned into a full blown passion! She originated the 100 day jump rope challenge and created a worldwide movement by starting an Instagram account to track her jump rope progress. (With thousands now using their first name and “jumps” .. how cool is that!!)
