About Me
I’m a mom of two that has worked in the fitness industry for two decades (personal training & leading group fitness classes).
I thrive on teaching, helping, and encouraging others to find their inner athlete.
I first picked up a jump rope after looking for an exercise I could do at home while my newborn napped. Little did I know that jumping rope would turn into my passion. I’ve collectively lost over 100 lbs. with just jumping.
Each day I strive to learn something new, making exercise incredibly FUN and enjoyable.
